PacoThe binder you hand the inspector
One click and it is all there: index, table of checks and the certificates appended. Or share a link that opens a live page, for an inspector, an insurer, an owner or an auditor.
The original certificates, not a summary
A summary table proves nothing on its own. The pack carries the source reports, in their original form, behind the table that references them.
- Index, table of checks, appendices
- Human-verification notice on the cover
- Expiring share link, revocable
- Paco can also build it when you ask in the chat
A link that shows today's state, not the state on the day you sent it
The link opens a page computed at each visit: your checks, their state, the dates, what was done about each gap, and each report, openable on its own. The PDF stays one click away. You choose who the link is for. For an owner or an insurer, the page starts with the last 30 days and the next 60.
- Inspector, insurer, owner or auditor
- The page reads in the reader's language
- The link shows nothing beyond the pack
Common questions
Is the share link public?
It carries a long token and expires. It can be revoked, and access is rate limited to prevent scanning.
