Maintenance jobs, not only the required checks
You create a job, pin it to a space, assign a colleague, and follow its state: open, in progress, waiting on a part, deferred with a reason, or done. A problem the inspector noted can become a proposed job. Paco drafts the WhatsApp brief once the person and the check are linked; you confirm the photo before it counts as done.

Every space of the building, with its work history
Guest rooms, kitchen, plant rooms, pool, parking, meeting rooms: the Building tab shows them floor by floor, with their state. On each space, the jobs done there and the checks that concern it. When a check needs a kitchen, a lift, a plant room, a pool, a parking or a laundry that is not on your list, Paco adds the space and links the check. It never invents a guest room.

Each day shows the planned jobs, the company visits and the checks that fall due. With your PMS connected, it also shows which rooms are booked, free or blocked. You put a job on a free day in one tap, here or in the chat with Paco.

Common questions
Is this maintenance software or compliance software?
Both, in the same tool. Required checks, maintenance jobs, spaces, equipment and companies share the same records. Paco stays the assistant that reads, proposes and briefs, on the website and on WhatsApp.
Does Paco invent how old equipment is?
No. An acquisition date comes from you, or from an import. Without a date, the equipment appears without an age. An amount absent from an invoice is not written either.
