Periodic checks for a hotel ERP

“Which checks, how often?” is the most asked question. The answer already has a home: the France guide, where each check cites the instrument behind its interval. This page explains why we do not copy them, and how Paco plugs in.

This guide helps you understand the rules; it is not legal advice. What applies to your hotel depends on its category, how many people it can hold, and what the local safety commission has required. Check the cited texts before you act on them.

One list, one gate

Copying intervals here would create a second version to maintain, and two versions always drift apart. The France guide holds the list, checked against the same texts Paco uses; other pages point there.

What the ERP class changes

Category (1 to 5) and type (O for hotels) decide which checks apply. Category detail is in the dedicated guide; the intervals themselves stay in the France guide.

How Paco keeps them

Each check on your list cites its legal source. A filed report updates the matching line; a due date without proof stays visible as exactly that. Intervals are not invented: they come from the same texts as the France guide. When a text changes an interval, Paco proposes the new date, and nothing moves until you agree.

Common questions

Why does this page not show the frequency table?

Because that table already has a maintained home: the France guide. Two diverging copies would be worse than an absence here.

My hotel is not in France. Does this page help?

The reasoning (one source for intervals) holds everywhere. For the Emirates, see the UAE Fire and Life Safety guide. Paco also covers Belgium and 13 US states and cities; they have no guide here yet.

Intervals, in the right place

The France guide holds them; your list tracks them.
