A tool that shows its working

You know the subject better than the software does. Paco cites its source, flags its doubts and refuses to invent. You keep the call.

Every value is checkable at source

An extracted date has to appear literally in the report's text. Every date says where it came from: from a report, entered by hand, worked out, or not recorded. "Show the line" opens the line in the report. A suggested interval carries its regulatory reference. You can audit the tool rather than trust it.

  • A value absent from the source text is rejected
  • Intervals cite the article behind them
  • A conflict between contract and law is raised, not silently settled

Example data

Inspection ready, counted honestly

The "Inspection ready" page answers one question: are you ready if the inspector comes today? Each check has one of five states: never done, overdue, a problem the inspector noted is still open, no proof yet, up to date. "No proof yet" is never counted as "up to date". Give the date of a visit, and the list shows what will be late on that day. The compliance dashboard counts these states by kind of check and by hotel, with no overall score.

  • Five states, worst first, never merged
  • Visit date: safety commission, Civil Defence, insurer or brand audit
  • No composite score: every number is a count

The disclaimer is part of the product

Every surface showing a regulatory suggestion carries the matching notice, and it is never rewritten by a model. The service is an organisational tool, not legal advice, and it says so where the question arises.

Common questions

Can I correct a suggested interval?

Yes. If your brand or your insurer asks for a check more often than the law, set that interval: Paco schedules to your commitment. Paco never schedules a check less often than the law asks.

How do I see what the AI read?

The source report stays attached to the check. Every date says where it came from, and "Show the line" opens the passage of the report it was read from.

What happens when the law changes?

When a text changes how often a check is due, Paco proposes the new date. A person with the right to edit applies it in one tap. Nothing moves by itself.

Put the tool under test

Bring an ambiguous report. What it refuses to conclude is the real test.
