Ten seconds a morning, and you know where you stand
What is late, what is waiting on your decision, and whether the house is ready for a visit. Paco tells you every morning, by email or on WhatsApp. Paco handles the rest, inside the rules you set.
A brief every morning, at your hotel's hour
The morning brief says what is waiting on your decision, what is coming due and what arrived by email overnight. It comes by email or on WhatsApp, at the hour you choose. On Mondays, a weekly summary. In the app, the overview shows the same numbers, and each one opens onto the checks behind it.
- What is overdue, first
- A decision Paco waits for shows everywhere: the list, the chat, the morning brief and the counter
- The inspection pack, ready on demand
Just ask, like you would a colleague
Paco is the first page of the app, and Paco answers on WhatsApp too. "What is overdue?" returns an answer drawn from your data, never invented. If the information does not exist, the answer says so. Ask Paco to act: write to a company, give a job to a colleague, book a date. Paco reads back what it will do, and acts after your yes.
