Every site you run, on one screen
No more reports emailed in a month late. Paco keeps every site up to date on its own and shows you the real state, live.
Each property stays walled off
One hotel's documents never reach another hotel's list. Paco links each document to its hotel when it arrives. If Paco cannot tell which hotel it belongs to, Paco asks you instead of choosing at random.
- Strict isolation between properties
- A document with no clear hotel becomes a question, never a guess
- A compliance dashboard, with one bar per hotel
A new site is ready the same day
Describe the property, and Paco opens the checks of its country by itself: France, Belgium, the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) or the United States. Your hotels can be in several countries. Nothing to copy across from another site.
Proof, not promise
Paco is new and shows no logos or testimonials. What it can show, it shows:
- Every interval cited carries its text: article, order, code
- You set the rules once; Paco acts inside them, and one gesture stops anything
- An ambiguous document becomes a visible question, never a guessed entry
- Documents and your list of checks stored in the European Union
Common questions
Can a site manager get limited access?
Yes. Access is organised per property, so a site manager sees their own hotel without seeing the rest of the portfolio.
Our hotels are in several countries. Does that work?
Yes. Each hotel gets the list of checks of its own country, with that country's texts. The rules apply hotel by hotel.
