What compliance costs you
Set a yearly budget for the checks: Paco shows this year's spend against it, from the invoices read in your email and the costs you record. Paco forecasts the next twelve months from known prices, and a check with no price stays unpriced, never counted as zero. If your hotel software is connected, Paco shows that spend as a share of room revenue.
What the tool refuses to do
Paco never states a check took place on the strength of a guess. With no usable visit date, the check stays marked "no proof", in plain view. A gap gets closed; a wrongly asserted compliance is discovered at the worst possible moment.
Common questions
Does this replace my insurer or my inspection body?
No. Paco keeps the list of checks and gathers the evidence. The checks are still carried out by approved bodies, and judging compliance belongs to the competent authority.
Can I follow my hotels without running them day to day?
Yes. The manager sends you a link to a live page for the hotel: it shows what was done in the last 30 days and what is coming in the next 60. No Paco account is needed.
